My old college roommate and friend from childhood welcomed the most precious baby girl on New Years Eve. Not only does Smith have the best birthday ever but her mamma has the most enviable birth story ever! A quick labor that led to giving birth in her bathtub at home with no pain medicine. (My breach baby c-section birth story is looking really lame next to this!)
I went to photograph Sarah, Will and Smith when she was two weeks old and I must say she put my baby fever at an all time high! She was so sweet and happy throughout the afternoon, even when we put her back in that cold bathtub to snap a few photos from the birth place! I loved seeing my friends in their element with a newborn baby. I only wish they could stay longer before heading back home to South Africa.
