I consider Sarah and Martin's engagement shoot to be my first "real" engagement session. Prior to this I had only taken photos for friends who allowed me to practice on them. So when Sarah actually asked me to take their real engagement photos I was beyond excited and honored they were trusting me to take them.
They were a joy to shoot. Sarah brought the perfect props to make their shoot different from the rest. They were so naturally comfortable posing and working the camera. And Martin was so patient while we worked to get "the shot".
These photos gave me confidence in my photography that I didn't have previously. This was the first time I had edited photos and literally loved every single one. It took me longer to decide which ones to post than it did for me to edit. I am so thankful they allowed me to photograph this special moment in their lives.
