Earlier this month I photographed the sweetest little newborn boy, James. His parents didn't want the traditional, at home newborn session and I was happy to do something a little different! We moved James from the grass, to a hollowed out tree, and to the edge of some dead roots, narrowly dodging ant piles and mosquitoes the whole time, and he never made a single peep! We even got a few smiles :) He was so content and happy to sit patiently while we took his picture! I loved photographing this family and their newborn in a such natural way.
